By registering, purchasing, or using ZEN in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ZEN.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use ZEN, or have explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian takes full responsibility for your use of the software and any consequences that arise. We reserve the right to terminate any account we determine to be in violation of this.

Upon purchase and redemption, ZEN grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your own hardware for the duration of your plan. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your license or license key to any other person. Violation of this will result in permanent termination with no refund.

All purchases are final. Once a license key has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cases of detection, bans from third-party games, hardware changes, or personal reasons. If you are unsure, do not purchase.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and license, a ban from the ZEN platform and Discord server, and your details being flagged. We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us first.

You are solely responsible for how you use ZEN. Usage of the software is at your own risk. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use, including game bans, hardware issues, or legal consequences. You agree not to use ZEN in any way that could harm others or violate applicable laws.

By using the external ZEN software, you consent to the collection of hardware identifiers and system information as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is used exclusively for license verification and HWID binding. HWID resets are available subject to the terms outlined in the dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any license or account at our discretion for breach of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, fraud, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the ZEN community. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

ZEN is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, detection status, compatibility, or continued functionality. We are not responsible for losses or damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the software.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ZEN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account, including revoking an active license without refund, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a user intends to use ZEN to cause harm, such as reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, exploitation, or any activity that may damage our platform, community, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEN and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account bans, or hardware issues arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEN, its operators and staff against any claims, losses, liabilities, and legal costs arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

ZEN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, platform, or anti-cheat provider. Using the Services may breach the terms of service of third-party products, and any consequences of that, including permanent game bans, are your sole responsibility.
